Mentoring Program

The London Chapter is pleased to announce the successful launch of the Mentoring program Pilot Project. This initiative was launched November 7 2014 at the Professional Managers Symposium here in London, ON. This program is based on CGA Ontario’s successful communication’s bridging mentoring program. Not only is it technology based, but there are lots of opportunity for one –on –one coaching and networking sessions built in.  It can be distance orientated, or locally orientated, driven by the needs of the mentee not the organization or mentor. The hands-on approach that worked so well for CGA has been continued throughout the step by step Bronze, Silver and Gold programs.  Our mentoring committee includes business owners, long time CIM board members and participants in the CGA program, both under CGA and through transition from CGA to CIM London Chapter.
