“Start where you are, use what you have, do what you can”

- Theodore Roosevelt

Great leaders know the power of harnessing the knowledge around them, but sometimes it is hard to know where to start. This is where the skills of a Peer Coaching Facilitator are invaluable. As a Peer Coaching Facilitator, your calling is to help peers harness the knowledge in their workplace.

The unique, one-of-a-kind Competencies-Based Coaching© (C-BC) system (supported by extensive research, publications and practices in industry and higher education) provides you with the framework to guide peers on their career journey. You will be given the knowledge, skills, and practical tools to foster skills development and career acceleration opportunities.

Peer Coaching Can:

  • Provide connection, learning and support across your teams
  • Increase belonging and engagement
  • Foster support and encouragement among employees
  • Provide a safe place where collaboration and asking for help is encouraged
