Chartered Managers Are In Demand In Kitchener-Waterloo

With many world-class business sectors in the region, and businesses that are doing cutting-edge work within them, there is always a high demand for knowledgeable and competent managers who can direct their resources effectively to produce results. Artificial Intelligence

Waterloo is home to more than 100 companies that are working in natural language processing, smart robotics, machine learning and human-machine interaction. Automotive, Manufacturing & Industry 4.0

In 2016, the automotive sector in the Kitchener-Waterloo metropolitan area was ranked third in all of Canada. Since then, the area has remained a national leader in the automotive sector. The Kitchener-Waterloo region has a diverse food processing sector that includes almost 1,400 farms and more than 130 food manufacturing companies including PepsiCo, and homegrown companies such as Piller’s Fine Foods & Weston Foods. There are also many food & beverage research institutions that are in need of competent managers to direct their endeavours.

Quantum Technology

Kitchener-Waterloo is also known to some as “Quantum Valley.” The region is a world leader in developing quantum technologies such as quantum computing, communication, security and sensing. Organizations in the regions have generated more than $1.5 billion in public and private investment over the past 20 years which has fueled astronomical growth in the quantum theory, experimentation and commercialization centres in the region.
