Managerial Communications
The ability to communicate is an extremely important part of the manager's role. This "hands-on" course will cover communication theory, aspects of written communications, and introduce the student to public speaking. Topics include
- Communication within an organization
- Non-verbal communication
- Written communications: letters, reports, policies and procedures
- Effective listening
- Verbal presentations
On completion of this course, the student will be able to marshall his/her thoughts more clearly, package them, and present them in a way that will guarantee clearer communication of both written and verbal messages.
